1. Listen to your inner voice – it says you are far courageous and stronger than you think you are, far smarter than you consider your-self to be, and far more creative than you believe to be.

Learn to trust your-self, respect your individuality, and have faith in your intuition and together they will lead you to accomplish the impossible and create wonders. When you trust your-self nothing seems difficult and every accomplishment seems to be brilliant. Start your day by saying something like ‘I am destined to succeed’ and ‘I have every quality for achieving everything in the world’; it will fill you up with positive energy and you’ll love your day.

“Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.” Golda Meir

2. “Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.” – Buddha

We often wish for peace from the external source, emphasize on circumstances to make us happy, and take shelter in some lame phrases ‘If I could or would’ or ‘if it could have been or would have been’ and the likes.

If you feel your happiness lies in the following:

“If I earn more money I will be happy.”
“If I accomplish my dream I will happy.”
“I will be happy the day I am financially secured.”

Then reflect on these erroneous suppositions once again; you may experience a concise and unstable ‘PEACE’ after achieving them but the ‘SENSE Of PEACE’ vanishes when your delusion of ‘IFs’ and “COULDs” embarks on another wish for peace. If your thoughts, desire, and accomplishments hold responsibilities for your peace, then your peace is certainly at stake. Make your peace eternal and unruffled irrespective of any peripheral factors. If possible, practice mediation, improve concentration and attain inner calmness.

4. Don’t put your happiness on hold for attaining worldly goals

Holding the happiness till reaching the destination is a common practice today. We forget that the life journey don’t end up at a destination; attaining the goal is a never-ending process and if you hold your happiness for the same, you will never be happy. Instead, develop a habit of being happy and you will experience your fear and worry has disappeared and only happiness is emerging from everywhere.

5. “Always be a first rate version of yourself and not a second rate version of someone else.” –Judy Garland

Never make your life miserably or boring by accepting or working on others’ definition of your ‘SHOULD BE VERSION’ cause that will dim the shine of your great self. Their definition of yourself with limited perception will lead you to nobody else. Being the real version of yourself is the greatest success and supreme pleasure in a world where people tend to show off their another versions.
