Within the next few decades, it thrived and reached a new height through the development of various software projects. Gradually, it expanded across the world; yet it nurtures its rich and innovative corporate culture. It has built on-site 66,000-square-foot recreation and fitness centre, weight room, billiards hall, sauna, beauty and hair salon, summer camp for kids, car cleaning, manicurist, and aqua kickboxing in the Olympic-size pool to keep employees happy and inspired. It is called to be one of the best companies to work with, employees never feel stressed here.

According to the feedback of employees, SAS manager has expressed that “People stay at SAS in large part because they are happy, but to dig a little deeper, I would argue that people don’t leave SAS because they feel regarded — seen, attended to and cared for. I have stayed for that reason, and love what I do for that reason.”
